Serving Fort Worth & Nearby CommunitiesWeekly Dog Poop Removal
The one most people want. Same day every week, photo proof, no contract.

Weekly service is the backbone of what Rhino Scoop does. We come the same day every week, walk the whole yard including along the fence line and behind anything the dogs get under, bag what we find, and put it in your bin.
You don't need to be home and you don't need to do anything to get ready. You get a text with an ETA before we pull up, and a photo of your latched gate when we leave.
Priced by how many dogs you have, starting at $17 a visit. No contract, cancel any time.

How do my first 2 FREE cleanings work?
It's simple! Sign up for weekly service and your first 2 cleanings are FREE! Just add your card to get scheduled. If you have any paid visits remaining that month, we'll bill them upon signup. After that, regular monthly billing occurs on the 1st.
How does billing work?
Rhino Scoop charges one flat monthly rate, billed automatically on the 1st of each month, regardless of whether your schedule includes 4 or 5 weekly visits. New customers receive a prorated first-month charge based on their start date, remaining scheduled visits, and any applicable promotions. A card on file is required for service.
Is there an initial cleanup fee?
Most yards qualify for a standard first cleanup at no additional charge! If your yard hasn't been cleaned in 4 weeks or longer, or has significant waste buildup, an additional initial cleanup fee may apply. We'll assess the yard during your first visit and discuss any additional charges with you before proceeding. No surprise fees!
Is there a contract?
No long-term contracts. You can cancel before your next billing date by calling or texting us. Need a temporary pause? Reach out before your next scheduled visit so we can review the timing and update your service.
Can I cancel or change my service plan?
Absolutely! You can cancel or request changes at any time. Cancellations stop future billing after your current paid service period. Downgrades or reductions in service frequency generally take effect with your next monthly billing cycle. Previously completed services aren't retroactively repriced, and unused promotional credits are forfeited upon cancellation.
What day and time will you clean my yard?
For weekly service, we visit your neighborhood on a set day based on your location and ZIP code. Grouping nearby homes helps us keep service reliable and pricing affordable. Need more frequent service or a different day? Contact us to check available options. We work from sunup to sunset, and arrival times vary from week to week. We don’t promise a specific time, but we’ll always text you when we’re on the way with an estimated arrival time.
Do I need to be home?
Nope! Just make sure your gate is unlocked or we have an agreed way to access your yard. We’ll text you when we’re on the way and send a completion notification with a closed-gate photo when we’re finished.
What if my dog is in the yard?
We love dogs! Friendly, non-aggressive dogs we've previously met and are comfortable around are generally welcome to remain outside, at our technicians' discretion. However, any dog that may be protective, territorial or uncomfortable around unfamiliar people must be secured inside during our visits. Doggy doors must also be locked or secured to prevent dogs from accessing the yard. Customers requiring additional safety precautions will receive a separate on-the-way message requiring confirmation that all dogs are secured before we enter. If we cannot obtain confirmation, we'll attempt to reach you by knocking or calling. If unsuccessful, we'll need to skip your cleaning.
What do you do with the waste?
We carefully double-bag the waste and place it in your outdoor trash bin. If the bin is unavailable, we leave the sealed bag beside your garage. Prefer to keep it out of your bin? Add waste haul-away for $16/month and we’ll take it with us.
Do you send reminders before each visit?
Yes, and we go a step further than most companies in the area. The evening before your scheduled visit, you'll get a reminder to unlock your gate and secure your pets. On service day, you'll get a text with our ETA and a gate photo once we're finished. That's three touchpoints, so you're never wondering if or when we came. You can also log into your Client Portal anytime to see your past visits and upcoming schedule.
What happens if it rains or the weather is bad?
In cases of severe weather, we may delay your service for safety reasons. We'll notify you of any delays and make up the visit as soon as possible. Missed visits due to weather result in a double cleaning at no extra cost on your next service day.
What happens if my visit gets skipped?
If we miss a visit due to weather or an issue on our end, we'll collect the accumulated waste at your next scheduled visit at no additional charge. Visits missed due to locked gates, unsecured pets, nonpayment, or other circumstances within the customer's control are not credited or refunded. If a missed visit results in two weeks of accumulated waste, a $10 catch-up cleaning fee will apply to cover the additional work.
Do you guarantee your work?
Yes — 100% satisfaction guaranteed. If something's not right after a visit, contact us within 24 hours and we'll make it right, no questions asked.
What if I need to pause service instead of canceling?
Just let us know at least 24 hours before your next scheduled visit. Short pauses are no problem. If you pause for an extended period, we may apply a reactivation cleaning fee when you restart, since yards typically need extra attention after a break.
Do you clean patios, mulch beds, or artificial turf?
Yes. We can service natural grass, artificial turf, and other designated cleanup areas. Artificial turf is typically included, but larger turf areas or homes with multiple dogs may require an additional charge. Small patios or similar areas can often be included if you let us know in advance. Larger patios, gazebos, rock beds, mulch beds, gravel areas, or other designated areas may cost extra. Just tell us what areas you'd like serviced when you sign up so we can confirm what's included.
What if my yard isn't mowed or well maintained?
Tall grass, leaves, debris, or other yard conditions can make waste difficult to see and may require additional time. We remove all visible waste, but we can't guarantee removal of waste hidden by overgrowth or debris. If conditions require significant additional work, we'll contact you before proceeding.
Are the deodorizing and sanitizing treatments safe for pets and kids?
Yes. Both treatments are formulated to be safe for pets, people, and plants once applied. The deodorizer neutralizes odors naturally, while the sanitizer disinfects the yard to help reduce bacteria and keep outdoor areas fresher for your family and pets.
Do I need a lock on my gate for you to access the yard?
Not necessarily. If your gate doesn't have a lock, we can provide a free loaner lock so it's secure while we're in and out. If you'd rather keep your own lock on the gate, we can set you up with a free lockbox instead — you leave your gate key inside it, and we use that to get in and lock back up when we're done. Either way, your yard stays secured on your terms.
Do you offer emergency or same-day service?
Yes — we're available for emergency cleanups 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, in addition to our regular scheduled routes.
Who will be coming to my yard?
Every visit is handled by a trained, background-checked team member — often Paul himself. We know letting someone into your yard while you're not home takes trust, which is exactly why Rhino Scoop was built around the same standards Paul held to as a Texas State Trooper: showing up when promised, treating your property with respect, and being someone you can actually trust with access to your home.
