What we collect

When you submit a form on this site we collect the details you enter: your name, phone number, email address, service address and ZIP code, how many dogs you have, how often you want service, and any notes you add.

We also collect basic advertising attribution when it is present in the link you arrived through, such as which ad or search brought you here.

How we use it

To contact you about your quote and your service, to schedule and run your route, and to send you service messages such as an ETA before a visit and a photo of your closed gate afterwards.

We do not sell your information.

Text messages

By submitting a form you agree that Rhino Scoop may call or text you about your enquiry and your service. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP to any message to opt out.

Who we share it with

Only the service providers we need to run the business, such as our scheduling and billing system, our text messaging provider, and our email provider. They may only use it to provide those services to us.

Cookies and tracking

This site uses Meta Pixel, Google Ads and Google Analytics to measure whether our advertising works. You can block these in your browser settings without affecting your ability to use the site or sign up.
