Terms of Service

Service

Rhino Scoop provides pet waste removal at the address you give us, on a recurring or one-time basis. Recurring service runs on a set day each week. We may shift a visit for weather or a holiday and will tell you when we do.

Access

You are responsible for giving us safe access to the yard on your service day, including any gate code or lock. If we cannot get in, we will let you know and the visit is still billable.

Dogs

Dogs may be in the yard during service. Tell us in advance if a dog is protective of its space, and we will work with you. We may skip a visit if we judge a yard unsafe to enter, and we will contact you if that happens.

Pricing and billing

Recurring service is priced by the number of dogs and is pre-billed on the 1st of each month to the card on file. One-time cleanups and add-ons are quoted before work begins.

The 2 free weeks

New customers who start weekly service get their first two weeks at no charge. One offer per household. If you cancel during the free period you are not charged for it.

Cancelling

There is no contract. You can pause or cancel at any time by calling, texting, or emailing us. Cancelling does not refund a month already served.

Satisfaction

If we miss something, tell us within 24 hours of the visit and we will come back and fix it at no charge.
